CAPABILITY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our single-stage ISBM machines, injection blow machines, and extrusion blow machines produce superior PET containers, other plastic bottles, and jars from 5ml to 4000ml. Our extensive range of machines allow us to provide premium quality products and quick turn-around for short to large production runs. From large diameter to small diameter and in a wide variety of configurations, we can manufacture for every application and level of complexity. In addition, we have complete in-house decorating facilities that enable us to provide quality decoration services. We also carry the widest range of stock moulds in the market, offering customers endless product choices and combinations.

Our Quality Assurance department ensures thorough inspection of products from production to final delivery. We remain focused on continuous quality improvement, decreasing lead times, and providing superior customer service.

CUSTOM MOLDING

We provide full custom molding services for exclusive designs of bottles, caps, cosmetics cases, jars, and tottles. Leveraging on market expertise, our Design Service department has advanced CAD/CAM design and in-house tool-making facilities for complete flexibility in customer choices. Design engineering and molding expertise for custom products are hallmarks of our company. By taking advantage of our product expertise and state of the art equipment, we've streamlined our custom moulding processes to ensure that we can provide low cost, high quality custom moulding solutions to our customers.

DECORATION

High quality decoration can be critical to the success of a product, particularly in the beauty, cosmetics, and personal care sector. We offer complete in-house decorating facilities, encompassing all the decoration techniques required, to the highest quality available.

Our customers have the opportunity to customize any of our standard range into their own unique packaging. We offer silk screen printing, pad printing, hot foil blocking, labeling, shrink sleeving, and spray coating, among other decorative services. We are a full service one-stop shop for all your packaging requirements.
